For over twenty years Mac and I worked together as fellow salesman for Eriez Magnetics in the Western PA sales territory. He eventually became my Sales Manager. Mac was the epitome of a professional salesman. Nobody sold magnets better. He taught me the sales "ropes" and the "do's and don'ts" of salesmanship. He was always honest and frank with me. One of his characteristics was that he treated his customers with care, courtesy, and honesty. This was a great example for me. His customers base was very loyal to him. Mac … was the best manager that I have even experience and I should have told him that. He was a patriot, a good decent citizen, and I admired him greatly. I am a better man because I knew him. Goodbye to a trusted personal and professional friend. Mac was a mentor to me early in my career with Eriez Magnetics. Mac was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. Like everyone, I will miss him. Thank God for sharing Mac with this world as the world was a better place because of Mac Edder. My most sincere sympathy to Mac's family. Tom
